Customer satisfaction is a
key aspect when running a business, and it’s especially true in Magic Online when running a bot. Many of the Magic Online players are in fact young persons trying to maximize their experience with a limited amount of money.
A satisfied customer will shop on your bot again, and will spread the voice to his/her friends.
Luckily it’s not impossible to support your customers at best. What you need is
an email contact (you can create a secondary email account using gmail, something like [botname]
@gmail.com) and to customize the bot’s greeting messages with:
“if you need help or have any question, feel free to write us at [botname]@gmail.com”
(or any other analogous phrase). Doing so you offer a way to contact you for questions / suggestions / little issues. You should check your email once every 1 - 2 days - that’s not too much and you will spend a maximum of 15-20 minutes per day, obtaining a huge benefit for your shop.
In a nutshell, it’s something:
1- easy to do
2- will make your shop look much more professional
3- will make your shop much more efficient in the long run
It's worthy and not very time consuming.
