Having a Hybrid MTGOLibrary bot...
Many bot owners don't have the resources to run more than just a few bots and sometimes they need a middle ground between Lite and Pro bot.
Having a Bot that buys for bulk and sells via pricelist is great for small chains. For example a 3 bot chain will not have the dilemma of "1pro+2lite or 2pro+1lite?", instead using these configurations it can be a good middle term for many bot chains.
How to set it up
Firstly, choose your bot to be a PRO bot.
Go on the limits tab. This is where you will write the price at which you wish to buy your cards.
Then go into the Corrections tab and bump everything into +100%
(this is to ensure you wont be buying some cards for less than your buying limits)
Then set your selling prices as you wish.
Hope it helps.
Great recommendation, Carlos. Thanks for the info, as I was looking at adding a 4th bot, but wasn't sure weather to do another bulk or another pro...I think you provided an excellent idea for middle ground :)

Thanks Again, Carlos. I just set up my 4th bot using this method. I'll let you know how things go :)
ReplyDeletewelcome :)
ReplyDeleteJust a quick follow up to this. Things have been going great! I no longer have to worry about [not] marking things tradeable. If somebody get's to my bot and buys a card before it makes it to my pro bots, I still make the same sale at the same price. Brilliant!

Wow, way to take screw your own customers. Seriously, how is this different then the Bot Raiders or Cherry Pickers you shitheads complain non-stop about (hint: it isnt, it is exactly the same). You guys really take setting double standards to a whole new level, you talk about how people are screwing you then you turn around and brag about how well it works when you do it.
ReplyDeleteThanks for owning up to being a scammer by your own definition JimJim makes it alot easier to tell who to avoid.
BOYCOTT BESTDEAL & B1NARY0MEGA
Wow mtg user. Lemme guess, nothing to do but pick on people in a forum? Bot runners are not " scammers" as you say. We run honest businesses and I find your comment negative without the real logical basis for an argument. To bestdeal and binary, keep doin what you do. I've learned from you, and others will too. Ignore this criticism. Why is that guy on here if he's not a botter?
