The Modern Bible of RG Tron chapter fourteen - Slaughter Game Targets

While we are on the topic of sideboarding, we should discuss what we are going to target with Slaughter Games for maximum effect IF we have dedicated three or four sideboard slots to Slaughter Games.

We use Slaughter Games as it is a game winning card against combo decks. Combo decks are the natural predator of RG Tron and this is a very efficient way of fighting them.

Slaughter Games Targets
Ad Nauseum: Ad Nauseum. Do not hit their win con as they might have alternative wincons.
Amulet of Vigor: Primeval Titan. After that hit Hive Mind and then Amulet itself.
Eggs: Krark-Clan Ironworks
Genesis Wave: Garruk Wildspeaker
Living End: Living End
Random Combo: Win cons
RG Tron: Karn. In the Tron mirror, Karn is king.
Scapeshift: Scapeshift
Skred: Koth of the Hammer
Splinter Twin: Do not bring in Slaughter Games as they could board out Splinter Twin and win without it even if kept
Storm: Grapeshot
Takin' Turns: Time Warp and then Walk the Aeons
