MTGO Library Bot 8.24

ML Bot 8.24 introduces another round of features and bug fixing:

• added a control on PersonalPrices.txt : buying prices like 015 (instead of 0.15) are skipped so you won't buy the card for 15 tixs while the intention was 0.15
• fixed a problem in the Refill and Balance autotransfer modes causing the bot to take more cards than needed
• added an alert message when switching from PRO to LITE mode, and viceversa
• customers can type "SELL" or "sell" (case insensitve) to enter buying mode. In general,all the chat commands are case insensitive, so one could even write "seLL"
