MTGO Library Bot 8.25

We have just released ML Bot 8.25, fixing a couple of issues with the Autotransfer modes. In particular:

• tixs related Autotransfer modes were not working. "Take tixs until I have" and "Take tixs but leave there" didn't take any tixs because wishlist has some problem with Event Tickets. For now, until mtgo v4 is fixed, the bot will transfer tixs via "picks" and not via wishlist
• the "at" command given by an admin will now take cards, exactly like it used to do on v3
